The details are as follows.


A. Pre-sale service: all marketing departments shall timely provide bidding, quotation and other materials to users, and fully negotiate with users on the review opinions of the company's contract, so as to clarify the contract terms and requirements, so as to better perform the contract.


B. In-sale service: The quality Assurance Department of the company shall organize all relevant departments to cooperate with user representatives to witness the quality of the production process. Any comments made by user representatives shall be properly resolved in a timely manner.


C. After-sales service: The after-sales service department of the company shall dispatch installation and commissioning personnel and site representatives to provide users with technical disclosure and technical services of finished products according to product technical documents and quality documents, and supervise product installation quality; The technical R&D center and other design departments of the company are responsible for preparing and providing product operation and maintenance manuals, and providing technical disclosure and technical services; The after-sales service department is responsible for organizing, dealing with and correcting the quality problems raised by customers timely and effectively, and feeding back the relevant quality information to the quality assurance Department.
