Hdj-892 (HEC892) sealant is suitable for groove structure sealing of hydrogen cooled turbine generator end cover, end cover and outlet cover. Hdj-892 (HEC892) sealant should be stored in a dry place and sealed away from light. It is strictly prohibited to use fireworks when using sealant. Before installing the end cover, end cover and outlet cover, fill the HDJ-892(HEC892) sealant into the groove, apply 750-2 sealant on both sides of the groove, and immediately install the matching gap shall not be greater than 0.02mm after coating. Sealant service life is 2 years, in the effective period of sealant, motor maintenance and disassembly, sealant can not be replaced, need to cover, to prevent mixed with debris. Sand the rust on the sealed joint surface on both sides with 100 emery cloth, deburr with oilstone, and remove oil pollution with emery cloth dipped in a little acetone. If the sealed joint surface is defective, it can be repaired with epoxy resin adhesive. Use the glue gun to squeeze HDJ-892(HEC892) sealant into each glue extrusion port in turn, until the adjacent glue extrusion port extrusion sealant. After removing the glue gun, tighten the glue mouth with screws immediately to prevent glue leakage. When the unit is running, if the sealant is leaking hydrogen, the HDJ-892(HEC892) sealant can be squeezed into the extrusion port near the leakage point to restore the seal.
