On October 30, Changchun municipal solid Waste incineration power generation project, which was developed by Harbin Electric Group Steam Turbine Company, was successfully connected to the grid with good indicators of the unit.

Changchun Garbage Power Generation Project adopts N30-6.2-440 single-shaft, single-cylinder, single-exhaust steam and condensing 30MW steam turbine of our company. After the project is put into operation, the daily disposal capacity of household garbage is 1200 tons, and the annual disposal capacity can reach 520,000 tons, which can effectively solve the problem of urban household garbage disposal in Changchun and improve the environmental sanitation of residents. The project not only reduces the landfill land, but also uses the waste heat generated by waste incineration to generate electricity. The annual power generation is about 210 million KWH, and the annual saving of 40,000 tons of standard coal can realize the reduction, recycling and harmless of waste, and help improve the ecological environment level of Changchun City.
